Congress Participation
Our team participated to the 1st National Novel Approaches in Food Science and Technology Congress at Izmir Institute of Technology in İzmir/Türkiye. Ms. Seyfi Cankal gave an oral presentation titled “Microbial Inactivation Mechanisms of UV-LEDs and Applications on Liquid Foods”. Mr. Berk had poster presentation titled “Optimization of Continuous Flow Packed Bed Reactor Based on Porosity, Flow Rate and Packed Bed Length Parameters: A Computational Fluid Dynamics Study” and Ms. Koroglu had poster presentation titled “Investigation of Needle Micro-Perforation Pre-Treatment on the Drying Time of Grape”.
