New Book Chapters!

Ms. Seyfi Cankal and Prof. Dr. Unluturk wrote 2 different chapters in the book titled “Nonthermal Light-Based Technologies in Food Processing”. The chapters are “16. Light-Emitting Diodes: Mechanism of Inactivation of Microorganisms and Effects on Different Microorganisms” and “17. Applications of Light-Emitting Diodes in Liquid Foods”.
