1st Prize in ITU GMK Competition
Our BSc student and TÜBİTAK2209A project principal investigator Gamze İnanlı won the 1st prize from Istanbul Technical University Food Engineering Society “Food Waste: The Taste Has Gone Out of Food Waste” Competition with the project titled “Upcycling Kitchen Food Waste: Developing a Lycopene- and Inulin-Rich Powdered Soup Formulation Using Mixture Design”.
