TÜBİTAK – 2209A Project Support
The project prepared by our undergraduate student Gaye Azazi and supervised by Research Assistant Berkay Berk was supported under the scope of TÜBİTAK 2209A – University Students Research Program with the title of “Experimental Investigation and Mathematical Modelling of Microwave Drying Kinetics of Potato Slices with Ultrasound Assisted Osmotic Dehydration Pretreatment”. The duration of the project is 12 months.
