The project was supported under the scope of TAGEM T1 Research Projects with the title of “Optimization of Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction and Purified Anthocyanin Encapsulation Processes of Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.): Stability Analysis”. From our research group, Prof. Dr. Sevcan Ünlütürk and Res. Assist. Berkay Berk are the researchers in that project.
