Our research group member Mr. Berk gave a lecture to Middle East Technical University Food Engineering Department FDE587 Course – Rheological Methods in Food Engineering coordinated by Prof. Dr. M. Esra Yener. He talked about the non-linear rheology in food materials. He talked about the methods, data processing techniques and the current studies of him.
