Mrs. Seyfi Cankal’s research studies are oriented around UV light treatment, image analysis, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), radiochromic films, the shelf-life of foods, and sustainability. Her PhD study is about the determination of UV dose distribution on solid surfaces by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
